1. Products and Pricing
1.1. All products sold on the Website are new and designed primarily for outdoor use, including large decorative lighting fixtures and vases.
1.2. Product prices are shown in euros (€) and include Estonian VAT (value-added tax), unless otherwise stated.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the final price applicable to the order.
1.4. If there is a pricing or product information error on the Website, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer.

2. Ordering Process
2.1. Orders can be placed through the Website by selecting products and proceeding through the checkout process.
2.2. The customer must provide accurate billing and shipping information. The Company is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
2.3. After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email.
2.4. The order is considered legally binding once the payment is received by the Company.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment must be made in full before the product is shipped.
3.2. Available payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer
• Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Payment service providers (as shown on the Website)

3.3. All transactions are processed securely. The Company does not store card details.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery terms, available destinations, shipping times, and prices are described in the Delivery Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Due to the large and fragile nature of the products, delivery is handled exclusively via courier.
4.3. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product at the time of delivery and reporting any visible damage to the courier and the Company.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
5.1. Private customers (EU residents) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
5.2. To exercise this right, the customer must contact the Company by email at info@suvalgus.ee.
5.3. Returned items must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In original packaging
• Suitable for resale

5.4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
5.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the return is received and inspected.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• The product was custom-made or specially ordered according to the customer’s specifications.
• The product has been clearly used or damaged after delivery.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. All products come with a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with Estonian consumer protection laws.
7.2. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or use
• Wear and tear due to weather or environmental conditions
• Damage caused during customer transport or relocation

7.3. If the product is defective, the customer must notify the Company as soon as possible via info@suvalgus.ee.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8.2. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or third-party claims.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
9.2. In case of disputes, the customer should first contact the Company to reach a friendly resolution.
9.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the Consumer Disputes Committee or resolved in Harju County Court, Estonia.
