1.2. Deliveries are available to Estonia and most international countries, as listed in the Delivery Table below.
1.3. Due to the nature of the products, delivery may require special handling and longer preparation times.
1.4. Customers must ensure accurate shipping information is provided. Any additional delivery or return costs caused by incorrect data will be the customer’s responsibility.
2. Delivery Methods
2.1. All orders are delivered using trusted international courier services with experience in handling fragile and oversized items.
2.2. Delivery is always door-to-door to the shipping address provided at checkout.
2.3. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the package is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time and Costs
3.1. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are listed in the Delivery Table below.
3.2. Large items may take longer to prepare and pack, with handling time of up to 5 business days before dispatch.
3.3. Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, are also listed in the Delivery Table.

5. Receiving the Delivery
5.1. Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the package for visible damage before signing for receipt.
5.2. If damage is noticed, note it on the courier’s delivery slip and contact info@suvalgus.ee within 48 hours.
5.3. If the customer is not available to receive the parcel and redelivery is required, extra fees may apply.
6. Undeliverable or Lost Shipments
6.1. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or customer absence, the courier may return the shipment to us.
6.2. Any re-delivery costs or return charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
6.3. In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
7. Customs and International Orders
7.1. International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which must be paid by the customer.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or interruptions in transport services.
